Demos run 3–4 hours. Members can keep one overnight for up to 3 days at standard rental rates — that part is members only.
Demo Membership FAQ
What exactly do I get each month?
3 demo rentals a month, and the ability to keep a bike for up to 3 days at a time. Non-members ride demos in 3–4 hour blocks only — multi-day access is the membership.
Do unused sessions roll over?
No. The allowance resets at the start of each calendar month. If you want more than three sessions in a month, extra sessions are available at the standard rate.
Which bikes can I ride?
The whole demo fleet: Santa Cruz Vala and Tallboy, Pivot Shuttle AM and Trailcat SL, and Ibis Ripley. We stock one bike per size, so book early for the size you need.
Can I keep a bike overnight?
Members can. Taking a demo bike overnight — up to three days — is a membership perk, billed at the standard rental rates. Without a membership, demos go out in 3–4 hour blocks only.
Is there a contract?
No. The membership is month to month and you can cancel anytime.
Do I still need to sign a waiver?
Yes, every time you take a bike out. It's a digital waiver and takes about a minute.
What's included with a session?
A half-shell helmet comes with every session. Protective pads are available for $20, and rack or tailgate pad rentals are available if you need to transport the bike.
Does the membership include service work?
No — this membership covers demo access. Service is billed per job at our standard $180/hr labor rate. Book service any time; you don't need a membership.
What if I buy a bike?
That's the idea. Talk to us when you're ready and we'll order the exact bike and build you want.
A deposit is required before we start work. No-shows forfeit their deposits.
