Membership FAQ

Can I cancel anytime?

Monthly memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Annual memberships are non-refundable but can be transferred.

What counts as a "comprehensive tune-up"?

Our full Comprehensive Tune-Up ($360 value): wash, degrease, brake/gear adjustments, full bearing service, cable assessment, brake bleed, and deep drivetrain clean.

Can I use my membership for multiple bikes?

Yes. All membership benefits apply to any bike you bring in, not just one specific bike.

Is there a commitment or contract?

Monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Annual plans are paid upfront for the full year at a discounted rate.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?

Absolutely. Monthly members can change tiers at any billing cycle. Annual members can upgrade and pay the prorated difference.

What happens if I need service beyond my included benefits?

Members get access to seasonal specials with pro-rated labor rates and discounted parts throughout the year. We'll always let you know before starting work that falls outside your included services.

Do membership benefits apply to e-bikes?

Yes. All tiers cover e-bikes. E-bike-specific diagnostics and motor service are included in seasonal specials.

How does priority service work?

Everyone can book online — drop-off or scheduled appointments. Members get priority in the service queue: Fresh Member (high), Fresh Elite (higher), and Fresh Concierge (highest). Member bikes move ahead of non-member bikes.

Can I gift a membership?

Yes. Contact us to purchase a gift membership. We'll set up the recipient and send them a welcome kit.

Deposit for appointments will be required. No-shows will forfeit their deposits.
