Rentals run from 3–4 hours up to 3 days. Not a member? The same bikes are available at standard rental rates.
Rental Membership FAQ
What exactly do I get each month?
3 rentals a month on any bike in the fleet, each for up to 3 days. Ride a different bike every time, or the same one until you're sure.
Do unused sessions roll over?
No. The allowance resets at the start of each calendar month. If you want more than three sessions in a month, extra sessions are available at the standard rate.
Which bikes can I ride?
The whole rental fleet: Santa Cruz Vala and Tallboy, Pivot Shuttle AM and Trailcat SL, Ibis Ripley, and the Norco rental bikes. We stock one bike per size, so book early for the size you need.
Can I keep a bike overnight?
Yes — anyone can, member or not. Rentals run up to three days. The membership doesn't change how long you can keep a bike; it changes how often you ride.
Is there a contract?
No. The membership is month to month and you can cancel anytime.
Do I still need to sign a waiver?
Yes, every time you take a bike out. It's a digital waiver and takes about a minute.
What's included with a session?
A half-shell helmet comes with every session. Protective pads are available for $20, and rack or tailgate pad rentals are available if you need to transport the bike.
Does the membership include service work?
No — this membership covers rentals. Service is billed at our standard $150/hr labor rate. Walk your bike in any time; you don't need a membership.
What if I buy a bike?
That's the idea. Talk to us when you're ready and we'll order the exact bike and build you want — and up to 2 days of rental fees on the model you rode come off the price.
A deposit is required before we start work. No-shows forfeit their deposits.
