Bikes and parts purchased online or elsewhere are serviced at our standard hourly rate — no flat-rate pricing for outside parts. A shop supplies fee also applies to all service work orders. We provide upfront estimates before starting any work.
Do you service e-bikes?
Yes. We offer full e-bike diagnostics ($180–$360) including battery health checks, motor diagnostics, firmware updates, and electrical inspections. We service Santa Cruz, Ibis, Yeti, and Pivot e-bikes.
What suspension brands do you service?
Fresh Bikes is a Certified Fox Racing Shox and Rock Shox Service Center. Fork rebuilds range from $270–$540 and shock rebuilds from $180–$360. All suspension service includes a 60-day guarantee.
Can I demo a bike?
Yes. The demo fleet covers the Santa Cruz Vala and Tallboy, Pivot Shuttle AM and Trailcat SL, and Ibis Ripley. Demos are priced as ordinary rentals — $75 per 3–4 hours for an analog bike, $175 for an e-bike. One bike per size, so reserve early. Credit card and ID required.
Do you sell bikes?
Fresh Bikes is a service-first shop — we don't stock bikes on the floor. We keep a demo fleet from Santa Cruz, Pivot, and Ibis, one bike per size. Ride the bike on real trails, and if it's the one, we order it for you to spec. We also carry Fresh Bikes merch online and in-store.
Do you offer bike financing?
Yes. Fresh Bikes partners with Synchrony Financial to offer a 12-month deferred interest financing program for custom builds. Applications are completed in-store and take about 20–30 minutes.
Can I get my bike repaired on the spot?
On-the-spot repairs are usually not possible. All bikes are serviced first-come, first-served through our service queue. Walk your bike in during shop hours — we'll call to confirm and collect a deposit before starting work.
