The Fresh Buy Local Advantage

  • Basic parts purchased at Fresh Bikes are installed free — tubes, tires, pads, cables, grips, chains.
  • More involved parts purchased at Fresh Bikes are installed at a prorated labor rate.

Parts Purchased Elsewhere

Parts and bikes purchased outside Fresh Bikes — online or anywhere else — are subject to our normal labor rate of $150/hr. No flat-rate or free installation applies. A shop supplies fee applies to all work orders.

Tune-Ups

Basic Tune-Up

$150/hr

Wash and degrease, adjust brakes, gears, bottom bracket, hubs and headset, lube chain and accessible cables, true both wheels, derailleur hanger alignment.

Tube Change

Tube replacement, tire inspection, and a proper seat on the rim.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your labor rate?
Our shop labor rate is $150 per hour, and every service is billed from it. We give you an estimate before we start any work. A shop supplies fee applies to all work orders.
What about parts I bought online or somewhere else?
We'll fit them. Parts and bikes purchased outside Fresh Bikes are subject to our normal labor rate of $150/hr — there's no flat-rate or free installation for outside parts.
What is the Fresh Buy Local Advantage?
Buy the part here and installation gets cheaper. Basic parts purchased from Fresh Bikes — tubes, tires, brake pads, cables, grips, chains, that kind of thing — are installed free. More involved parts purchased from Fresh Bikes are installed at a prorated labor rate. Buying local supports the shop, and the shop gives some of that back.
Do you do tune-ups?
Yes. A Basic Tune-Up takes about an hour and covers wash and degrease, brake, gear, bottom bracket, hub and headset adjustments, chain and cable lube, wheel truing, and derailleur hanger alignment. Need more than that? Walk it in and we'll talk through what the bike actually needs.
Do you service e-bikes?
Yes, on bike-shop-quality brands with Bosch, Fazua, Shimano, or Avinox/DJI systems. See our e-bike services page for what we can and can't work on. We do not service e-motos, e-scooters, or direct-to-consumer e-bikes.
What suspension brands do you service?
Fresh Bikes is a Certified Fox Racing Shox and Rock Shox Service Center. Fork and shock service is billed hourly and comes with a 60-day guarantee.
Can I get my bike repaired on the spot?
Usually not. All bikes are serviced first-come, first-served through our service queue. Walk your bike in during shop hours — we'll call to confirm the work and collect a deposit before we start.
How do I know when my bike is ready?
We'll call as soon as it's been test ridden, we've validated the work, and it's ready for pickup. We don't hand a bike back until someone here has ridden it.
Do you sell bikes?
To order. We don't stock bikes on the floor — we keep a rental fleet from Santa Cruz, Pivot, and Ibis, one bike per size. Ride the bike on real trails, and if it's the one, we order it in your size and build. Up to 2 days of rental fees come off the purchase.
Where is Fresh Bikes located?
Fresh Bikes is located at 1575 Old Alabama Road, Suite 209, Roswell, GA 30076 — right next to Big Creek Park Mountain Bike Trails. We're open Tuesday–Friday 10am–6pm, Saturday 10am–5pm. Closed Sundays and Mondays.

Walk It In

No appointment needed. All bikes are serviced first-come, first-served, and we'll call when it's been test ridden and is ready to go.

Tue–Fri 10am–6pm · Sat 10am–5pm · A deposit is required before work begins.
