Service Policy

Fresh Bikes operates on a first come, first served basis for all repair work, billed at our $150/hr shop labor rate. We'll call as soon as your bike has been test ridden, the work validated, and it's ready for pickup.

Rental Policy

• Rentals run from a 3–4 hour block up to 3 days, and are open to everyone.
• Reservation, signed agreement, credit card, and driver's license required. Must be 18 or older.
• Bikes are checked out and checked in with a photographed inspection. Damage beyond normal wear is charged at replacement value.
• Order the model you rented and up to 2 days of rental fees are credited toward the purchase.

Return Policy

• Parts and accessories must be in new condition with original receipt and packaging, returned within 7 days.
• Clothing must be unworn with tags attached.
• Shoes with mounted cleats cannot be returned regardless of fit.
• Any items once installed on a bicycle cannot be returned.

Warranty Information

Manufacturers handle all warranties through their own protocols. These terms appear in owner's manuals, packaging, and manufacturer websites. Labor typically isn't covered — only parts.

Fresh Bikes serves as a liaison for warranty submissions but is not responsible for outcomes or replacing products unless the manufacturer provides authorization.

Warranties processed on parts and bikes not purchased from Fresh Bikes will be subject to a warranty processing fee.

Trade-In Allowances

• Kids Bikes: Up to one-third back (only on coaster brake bikes in reasonably good condition).
• Adult Bikes: Fresh Bikes partners with Pro's Closet and Bicycle Blue Book for trading in mountain bikes that originally retailed for more than $1,000.

Layaway Policy

• 50% down on all layaways.
• Layaway balances must be closed out within 30 days.
• After 30 days without payment, an 18.99% interest charge applies.
• Deposits are forfeited after 60 days and inventory is resold.
